The Samsung IT Partner Portal, developed for Samsung Nigeria, is a comprehensive platform designed to manage and maintain the performance updates of Samsung’s resellers, including distributors and retailers within Samsung Electronics West Africa (SEWA). The portal provides real-time insights into reseller performance, calculates incentives based on quarterly targets, and facilitates the automatic generation of PSI (Purchase, Sales, and Inventory) reports. By capturing daily reseller purchases and summarizing performance metrics, the application enhances transparency and efficiency in Samsung’s reseller management.
